We appreciate that care is complex and planning for some extra help around the home can be daunting.
Rest assured, we have locally trained members of the team who pride themselves on providing safe, reliable, personalised care to promote and maintain independence.
However big or little the care needs may be, we place the individual at the forefront of their care plan to ensure that everyone receives a bespoke package of personal care.
We can help by supporting with washing and dressing, from a strip wash to a bath or shower. We encourage and promote self-care throughout all aspects of our care packages to enable the individual to maintain independent supporting when required while ensuring dignity and respect is given at all times.
Throughout all our care packages, we give choice, allowing the individual to remain in total control of their life and day to day tasks. We can support with stockings, and dressing into clothes of choice ensuring comfort and wellbeing.
We offer a medication service to which the carer in attendance will prompt prescription medication from a blister pack, to give to the service user completing relevant legal paperwork that goes alongside medication.
We can administer medication through specialist equipment such as PEG if required.
Within medication, we can also apply creams to any areas requiring treatment following healthcare professionals advice, such as a GP or nurse.
