Our Penzance branch opened in July 2015 with just one staff member and one client. We have since grown to become one of the largest branches under the Westcountry Home Care umbrella. Our office has a Registered Manager in post, with a Deputy Manager and Administrative Support.
Our staff work exceptionally well together with a great team ethos. Our primary focus is in making sure our care packages are consistently person-centred. We specialise in complex care needs and 24-hour care. We source extensive training, both in-house and externally, to ensure we can deliver on a range of care packages and can support people living with Picks Disease (frontotemporal dementia), Huntington’s, Parkinson’s, Lew Body dementia, Dercum disease and much more.
We receive regular, positive feedback from our customers. We support people around Penzance and surrounding areas, including but not limited to Newlyn, Marazion, St Buryan, Hayle, Connor Downs, Carbis Bay and St Ives.

The Penzance team-building event in 2018 was at an escape room, putting their minds together to beat the clock and get out! (There was a bit of inter-branch competition with Redruth and Falmouth going on there too!)
After-hours, the team got together recently in the office for a bit of a ‘pamper evening’. Our in-house hairdressers, nail technicians and masseuses offering their services alongside a cheeky drink or two!
